Welcome to Teach Us the Bible's Ministry Edition. This guide walks you through everything you need to get your ministry up and running — from your first login to having parents sign up for the parent portal.
Teach Us the Bible is a chronological Bible curriculum platform for children's ministry. It gives your teaching team one place to find lesson plans, prep materials, and reinforcement activities — and gives parents a window into what their kids are learning each week.
As a Ministry Edition subscriber, you're the administrator for your church's account. You control who has access, what the schedule looks like, and how your team communicates.
When you log in, you'll land on your dashboard — your home base. From here you can see:
The navigation menu (top right) gives you access to everything else. As a Ministry Administrator, you'll see a Tools and Settings section that regular teachers don't have.
Here's the recommended order to get everything set up. Each step links to a full help article.
Tell the platform which lessons your ministry is teaching and when. This drives everything — the homepage schedule your teachers see, what parents see in the parent portal, and what gets included in teacher emails.
Create accounts for each of your teachers. They'll be able to log in, view lessons and activities, rate activities, and receive teacher emails.
Start Supporting Parents Optional
Three ways to carry the lesson home: print the take-home sheet and send it with each child, open the parent portal so families can follow along themselves, or email the parents who register. The take-home sheet takes no setup at all.
Connect Planning Center Optional
If your church uses Planning Center, connect your account to import service teams directly when sending teacher emails. No more manual recipient lists.
Use the Support Center (you're already here!) to find step-by-step guides for every feature. If you can't find what you're looking for, email us:
